Lack of Comprehensive Training

Shephard’s has been involved in the investigation of incidents, incident recreations, and the long drawn out litigation process that sometimes follows due to an accident or the lack of a comprehensive training program. We want to be on record stating that industries and their workforce cannot continue without educational programs that meet operational needs. Industries’ injury statistics are staggering, and in our 30 plus years of experience, no one industry is immune from adding to these statistics. If you do not provide comprehensive training to your teammates, your company may be part of future statistics.

Site Evaluations

In addition to our training materials implementation, Shephard's programs will assist your teammates in learning how to conduct ongoing site evaluations to identify conditions that could adversely affect safety within the workplace.

Our methods and procedures continue to prove themselves. Our programs meet, and in many areas exceed the requirements and standards established by OSHA, ASME/ANSI, NFPA, MSHA, etc., that might impact your operation. Compliance with the law is easy to obtain with our proven methods and procedures. Although many operations are similar, from experience we have found that each company has specific issues that are proprietary to the company and must be addressed in their operator training programs.

All of Shephard’s training programs are designed to meet the demands of a changing environment. To do this we had to integrate flexibility into our training programs.
