Site, equipment, and the task: what else do we need to add to the training program? For one thing, if the training materials are not structured, the information can be lost in the shuffle. Most companies want to provide quality training for their operators. A truly structured training program will do just that. Adding the task, equipment, and required safety information into a training program is difficult and time consuming.

Shephard's has developed the most comprehensive operator training programs for all types of cranes. Our programs are designed to mold into any operation. The format and content will assist in pointing out conditions and safety issues that may very well be overlooked by company personnel.

Whether construction or an industrial site, Shephard's programs are uniquely designed, but not limited to:

Help develop and implement new safety standards.

Provide the tools and information to help everyone involved with the crane's operation.

Help ensure a competent understanding of the equipment and it's use.

Certification:
